TV & Film

Recognised by BAFTA Rocliffe, when I originate projects I am drawn to character-driven local worlds and the detail, humanity and humour of them. I’ve developed scripts and treatments for television and film, with experience spanning comedy, drama and documentary formats. Click through to read a sample of my work.

Radio & Podcast

I was delighted to take my love of musical comedy online when I was invited to write on Crush Hour, an Audible Original series. I’ve also written radio campaigns for War Child, BBC Radio 4, and Acast, featuring the likes of Claudia Winkleman. Listen for yourself below.

Theatre

I have been writing theatre since I was a teenager, it’s the language I learned to express myself in. I write punchy plays that deal with complex topics, I also write and perform solo shows, which including songs I’ve written (and play on the piano). Charity

  • Role: Concept Development and Script writer

    Directed by Ross Stirling. Narrated by BRIT Award-winning musician Griff. Illustrated by artist Lucy Mahon and animated by James Phillips, and score by our Ben Lovett.

I love to work with charities, pushing the creative to capture the beauty of a cause or to seize audiences attention. I’ve worked with Comic Relief, War Child, Pancreatic Cancer UK, and Holocaust Memorial Day Trust.

Events / Experiential

It doesn’t take much to see the leap between my love of theatre and comedy, to helping brands develop experiences in front of live audiences. I’ve written scripts to support brand-house, digital hybrid events, and business conferences and award shows, for awesome agencies like Wonderland, Imagination, Rygun and Ignis.

Corporate

  • Role: Concept development and scriptwriter.

I got my start in the commercial creative industries writing scripts for internal communications. Didn’t take long before I started to get in there and shape how brands communicate in that format. I’ve since worked with awesome agencies like The Edge Picture House, Elmwood, Plastic Pictures, and more.
